What are you working on?

For which tasks (responsibilities)?
- Developing mini-game concepts for games' ads.
- Writing scripts, mechanics and logic of mini-games.
- Setting and supervising tasks for designers, animators and developers (inhouse/outsourced).
- Evaluating test results and drawing conclusions.
- Optimizing/automating processes for reporting playable ads performance.
- Collaborating with other departments including User Acquisition, Analytics, and product teams.
What kind of professional are we looking for?
- Experience in creative production or game development.
- Knowledge and understanding of game mechanics and basic game design.
- Knowledge and understanding of user journey in user acquisition.
- Ability to articulate your thoughts and set appropriate technical specifications.
- Analytical thinking and the ability to draw conclusions.
- Willingness to complete a test assignment.

- Ability to work in a team, reach compromises, and make decisions.
- Interest in the game development industry.
- Good communication skills.
