For which tasks (responsibilities)?

  • Developing and implementing the project's creative strategy
  • Conducting competitor research; identifying, analyzing, and prioritizing market trends and signals
  • Planning tasks and ensuring a steady flow of creative briefs
  • Analyzing metrics, conducting retrospectives on user acquisition and creative production, and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Generating ideas and hypotheses, adapting them to player motivations, writing scripts, and creating storyboards
  • Overseeing all stages of video creative production, providing relevant feedback, and ensuring that edits are implemented correctly
  • Collaborating with the ASO team on App Store Optimization materials
  • Working closely with UA and Product teams on cross-functional tasks

What kind of professional are we looking for?

  • Experience in developing and implementing a creative strategy
  • A strong understanding of the full production cycle for video and playable creatives: from idea and script to final implementation
  • Knowledge of the specifics of performance marketing and its key metrics
  • The ability to analyze the market, and to find and prioritize trends and signals
  • A deep understanding of game mechanics and player motivations
  • The ability to generate ideas and develop them into creative concepts
  • A strong familiarity with the mobile gaming and advertising market
  • Basic proficiency with graphic and video editing software is a plus
